You will be sent an email summary of the step-by-step process discussed , an outline of fees, and eligibility to claim fees through health funds or tax claims.

When you are ready to book in, you will notify us of your best availability in terms of days and best times.

Julie our friendly and helpful practice manager will help you make an appointment to see one of our therapists with first availability and offer our “urgent waitlist” service if required.
Generally, the more flexible you are the faster you will see one of our therapist. Evening sessions are heavily booked.

Preparing for your visit:

Pre-session forms will be sent to you via email or post. Please complete them at home at your leisure leaving any questions that are not relevant. Bring these forms with you to your first appointment.

Your first visit:

Your therapist will go through your pre-session forms, assessing the healthy living goals you wish to achieve, assessing past (often unconscious) barriers or blocks that have prevented you achieving this in the past.

The development of a personalised program and subjective measures of success are recorded in this pre-session discussion. Your first session includes a long therapy session. (1st assessment is two hours).

You will sit in a relaxed chair, with the option of putting up your feet, and relaxing under a comfortable blanket. For more information on the process refer to How does hypnosis feel?
