Sleep Better Program in 6 steps

1_ Identify the sleep cycle that keeps you awake and feeling sleep deprived. Determine healthy sleep patterns you are ready to make.

2_  Eliminate the cues and triggers that lead you to unhelpful and distressing sleep patterns. Release triggers that contribute to reinforcing these undesirable behaviours. The internal 'tug of war' will be released so you are free to create the compelling future you deserve.

3_ Create new beliefs, habits and neurological pathways from latest neuroscience research that will have you sleeping well and facing your future in the way you desire.

4_ Incorporate a range of powerful and effective mind techniques that you will practice in the sessions, reinforcing the healthy sleep outcomes you desire.

5_ Design the compelling future you desire: setting realistic and meaningful goals and personal measures of success that will guide and shape each session.

6_ You will recognise the cues and triggers that used to trigger those old patterns and behaviours and you will notice better sleep patterns emerging. You have the strategies and tools (including NLP techniques, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness strategies, counselling, resource therapy and anxiety reducing techniques) that will be yours to put into action and take control of the future, irrespective of what is going on for you. There is no turning back!
