How does hypnosis work? Our minds work on two levels – the conscious and the unconscious. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind. The unconscious mind controls our habits. In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the unconscious mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.
Will this program work for me? Everyone with an Average IQ can be successful in using this program. And since the session is custom tailored to your individual needs, it works for almost anyone.
How will I know if the program works? Because you will leave the session with NO DESIRE, NO CRAVINGS and NO need for a cigarette. Many people never even experience withdrawal symptoms after the first session. In fact some feel as if they have never smoked cigarettes.
Is this program safe? This system is based mostly on advanced hypnosis and NLP. And both of these systems are completely safe. The Quit smoking program I am offering enables you to use a third session (up to 60 mins) to be used ANYTIME to strengthen and reinforce you as a non-smoker.
What if it doesn’t work? If for any reason I don’t believe you are truly ready to quit cigarettes or that my approach will help you achieve your goal I will advise you of this before the hypnosis begins. I will then explain why and that there is no charge for the pre hypnosis consultation.
This happens once every 2 months or so and usually when a smoker has been sent to my services by a partner or boss who have said they have to Quit or else! Nine out of ten people I have sent away over the years have returned when they are ready to quit, and they have been successful as non-smokers.
Could This Quit Cigarettes Program Help You Quit Cigarettes?

What Is Involved?
You will call and leave a message. I’ll answer any questions and find a session time that suits you. I’ll send you a Power of hypnosis track to listen to, some forms to complete and bring to your session.
You will show up for your session with your remaining cigarettes and completed paperwork and a minimum of 8/10 desire and WANT to Quit cigarettes (10/10 = desperate to QUIT).
Your session will consist of:
- Some background information about you and your habit
- Talking with you about your specific reasons and excuses about why you were unable to quit in past
- Talking about the program and how it works
- Doing the program which will include advanced hypnosis, NLP, reframing, cognitive behavioural techniques, counselling and others systems.
- Giving you support materials to help insure you remain a non-smoker for life.
You go home a non-smoker for life.
I encourage you to attend a free reinforcement session within 1-2 weeks of you quitting cigarettes. This will ensure you remain strong and confident as a non-smoker. That leaves you with a bonus session to use at any time you want to use it.
